An in your face ass kicker chew the team out manager isn't always effective. I think it works on the younger teams, but this is a veteran heavy team. An accountability guy could make it an even more toxic situation.

How many games have injuries cost this team this year? How many games has terrible terrible pitching cost us? How many games has Brad Ausmus cost us?
