Is it possible for attendance to be above 80,000 for the Oregon game?

The last time I remember that happening at Spartan Stadium was in 2006 vs. Notre Dame. With all of the extra recruits, their families, media coverage, etc. is it possible to get 80,000 for this game?

I hope the student section isn't empty.

If we can get 80k in 06 there shouldn't be a reason we can't get 80 again this year after all of the success

I didn't even know it was possible to have 80,000 with our current set-up until that game. That one had a bunch of the '66 team back, too, so that helped bring up the total.

Having 5,000 over capacity seems difficult to do, but maybe this game can do it.

ND is a lot closer than Eugene also (and ND had a band travel)

About a half-hour before the game, you should walk around yelling at students to get their asses into the stadium. Then, after kickoff, you need to stand at the student tickets gate and yell at anyone trying to leave.

What I'm trying to say is, I've learned you excel at yelling. Use your powers for good, not evil.
