Michigan State to open NCAA Tournament with 2:45 p.m. Friday tipoff on CBS

The Spartans will tip off at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Friday against Middle Tennessee State to open the tournament, CBS announced on Sunday night.

The game, played in St.Louis, will be televised on CBS with former MSU star Steve Smith, Brian Anderson and Dana Jacobson on the broadcast.
