Re: 2016 NCAA Tourney General Thread
Too many people give us too much love. We play better going uphill. We'll be fine, but damn, I like it like last year. Nobody expects you to get to the final four and bam, there you are. Eitehr way though, favorite or sleeper, you just have to play your ass off and be prepared.

I agree. It's always more fun being a 7 and losing by 20 in the Final Four. It sucks being a 2 and being a favorite to win it all.DWags wrote:Too many people give us too much love. Does anybody know if Goins has a shot at making it back? BTW, for reference, pretty much anyone who was wearing a different schools shirt yesterday was pulling for Purdue. Wisconsin fans, Michigan, even Indiana fans were standing and clapping on Purdue's run. As much as we love our team, other fan bases just get sick of one school winning so much.

Yeah, I get what you're trying to do. But that's not what I was pointing out. However, by saying this to you, I know we'll get you digging your heals in and doubling down on it. So, enjoy.

Pretty good, Bob. We have been a 2-seed twice before and both times we played in the title game.Robert J Sakimano wrote:what do you think my chances are of getting yet another Final Four t-shirt??DWags wrote:Too many people give us too much love. If this is what you want to do, let me know. I get it. However, can we start a thread so we don't have to be a pain in the ass to everyone else? If you and Bob would like, I can even keep answering your inane posts in another thread to let you two be as repetitive as you want. However, this is the swill, you two are allowed to do that in any thread you want.

Anybody know anything about Dayton as a possible opponent in the second round? They're pretty passionate about basketball at that school.

I keep reading General and NCAA Tourney in the thread title and think of Bobby Knight. He was a coach you could count on in April.
