GAME OF THRONES Season 6!!

I rewatched the whole series earlier this year. Never watched any episode more than once before that, so it was cool picking up on things that I thought irrelevant on first watch.

I agree with Nordic on the Hodor scene. The first time, it was amazing, but largely because of the shock value. When watching it the second time, I was thinking it might be one of my favorite scenes on any TV show ever. It's powerful to begin with having the big lovable guy sacrifice himself for Bran, but the whole thing being 6 years in the making (and what, 40 years in the characters' lives?). And all something that NO ONE saw coming. Pretty amazing.

Season 6 overall had some pretty amazing shit, with Dani wiping out the Kahls, the battle of the bastards, the blowing up of the sept. Can't wait for the new season.

You're going to run into the same problem I did Floyd- FYI. Last year I had watched several seasons, read most of the books as the season was starting. It was impossible to avoid spoilers if you use any kind of social media. Mostly because when people are trying to be clever about it, you know the characters well enough to know what they're saying.

But yes, I just subscribed to HBO even though I could probably watch it an hour later on Exodus. #spaz

Yeah, probably. I would see people posting about it on twitter and it didn't matter because until three weeks ago I didn't know one character from another. If I was smarter I would have started watching a couple of weeks earlier than I did to be caught up in time.
