Mods need more work to do anyway. When you idiots get bored, you start fucking with shit.

Almost immediately is not immediately. Personally, any new message board that I find that I want to post on, it's typically because I'm reading and become interested enough to want to join the conversation right then. Making a new account can take long enough, but to then also have to wait at all to make that post, I would just go somewhere else. This board is not good enough right now to be able to make new users wait and still have them stick around.

Just my two cents.

Really? You blast this board whenever you get the chance and its always because of some specific poster who is "ruining the board". If you really want this board to succed (and I think deep down you do ), then you should be championing it as a higher number of active posters woukd dillute the number of "offending" posts you have to put up with.

As far as bannings, there have been two permabans, which, over a two-year period is miniscule for a public forum. And the two lerma bans were pretty much unanimous.
