Don't disagree. No problem with kids transferring. But to do it midseason (so he can try to play somewhere else next year) is the sign of a quitter. He quit on his team, something he signed up for, for selfish reasons.

Saban wasn't beating him or asking him to jump off the 2nd deck of Bryant Denny Stadium and he wasn't going to be cut. He quit because things were'nt going his way

If this kid feels like he's got a shot at the NFL he owes it to himself to maximize his playing time. I'm pretty sure Alabama and their high horse $7 million coach will find a way to work through this. Saban is ass hurt that someone had the audacity to question his decision basically. If the kid goes on to make an NFL salary then good for him. Hell, if he goes on to start for another school, good for him. I live that the kid basically cut Saban. You know, like he does the scholarship athletes he signs every year.
