One of those hires everyone is giddy about until the Q ratings get a second look and management starts wondering why the hire was made in the first place.

It's like the late Roger Ailes getting Madow to join FoxNews, giving her a show and wondering why ratings dipped in the time slot.

That was on face lift that completely changed her looks. Not saying it was bad but it made her look completely different. What's Marcia Clark doing these days? She has to be 65 by now.
