There is that element. To Bernie’s credit he is crushing it with the young voters no question about it. If he expands his base and gets these kids to actually turn out and vote he has a shot at it. Last go around I knew a lot of Sanders supporters that didn’t actually get off their ass and vote in the primary. In NY you have to register with a party to vote in it and a lot of them refused to affiliate with the dem party so they sat it out. It’s one thing to be vocal on social media it’s another thing to actually turn out and vote. Biden should win Iowa, second in New Hampshire, win nevada, will crush it in South Carolina, has a lead in Texas and tied in California.

Bernie supporters seem to be...not sir if gaslighting is the right term, but I see a lot of comments on reddit like this. I used to be Republican but I really like Bernie and he's got my vote, the others don't really excite me. Paraphrasing, but it's weird and at that point I usually stop reading.

Good take. I guess the only thing is what 25% didn't vote for the dem in 2016 and 11% voted for Trump. The best way to predict the future is the past and seeing that near 50% made me a little queasy.

I have a friend who is a staunch Bernie supporter who says they won’t vote for anyone else right now. In the midst of the primary. I’d bet Steve’s right nut that that’s not how it will go down come November if Bernie isn’t the nominee.

I have a friend that lives in Pennsylvania that will never vote for Biden. He's a Bernie or bust guy.

We don’t need to wait until summer or fall. Many of his supporters are shit. 12% of them voted for Trump against Clinton.

I just found out Klobuchar used to be a prosecutor. I had been fairly neutral on her. Now, I am firmly anti-Klobuchar.
