Re: Random Ramblings
Weird. Another officer-involved shooting death, yesterday in RO. Guy's car ended up crashing maybe a 100 feet from the home my boys rent on 13 Mile. Neither of them were home at the time.

Quite, especially since there were probably plenty of other people in the area that could have been hit.

Re: Random Ramblings
It was a fuckin traffic violation. If you’re that scared that the guy is gonna hurt you then write down the license plate and go find the guy after. Instead you go charging in with your gun and then omg someone died. Yeah no shit. I’m not even saying the guy that died didn’t have a gun that he pulled on the cop (even though there’s no reason to think that he did) but the cop escalated that situation. Get the guys license plate, thus his address, and settle this problem in an hour instead of right this moment. Let him eat his fuckin White Castle who cares. I’m sure that’s not “their training” though which means their training is wrong and leads to dead people.WhiteBoyHatcher wrote:This one seems a bit fishy.

The man fatally shot by an officer Tuesday had a criminal bench warrant for his arrest with a bond of $75,000, police say.

Re: Random Ramblings
So that’s the motive for running in the first place, but not an excuse for his death. The guy was obviously an idiot but there’s no reason to think he needed to die. Again, write down his plate, go get him in an hour after he eats his sack of clams or whatever. Nothing will happen to the murderer cop though because like I said, “that’s their training” but if that’s even true then their training is fucked. We shouldn’t accept that people die at the hands of authority for no reason. The Pantry wrote:The man fatally shot by an officer Tuesday had a criminal bench warrant for his arrest with a bond of $75,000, police say.

Re: Random Ramblings
I watched a porno called "Your orgasm inside me" and there were no orgasms inside any of the women in any of the four scenes. Very misleading and disappointing.

I'll bet they slapped the women on the ass though. There's nothing quite as original as slapping a woman on her ass or better yet using your semi flaccid cock to do it.

Re: Random Ramblings
I know of a kid who slapped a woman on the ass while he was sitting at a party at MSU. He is, by every account a shy, nice great kid. He made a mistake. The girl, at the party, went nuts. threw a fit and it turned into something that it should have never turned into. So..... don't slap women on the ass. (and if some kid slaps my kids on the ass at the party, and I knew,I'd be a pissed off father too)

I has struck me recently that our 50s are probably the most interesting decade we have in our lives. We’ve each had our triumphs and our setbacks, and those memories are still vivid enough that you can begin to see your life-defining moments with distinct clarity. It’s also the age at which you begin to see the finish line over the horizon. It leads you to question who you want be for the time you have left, who do you want to spend it with and the memories that you’d like to make, if you get the chance.

raises another question.. if someone here at tSwill were to pass away, how would we know?? Other than maybe the off-board relationships some people here might have.. it would be weird if someone just disappeared, stopped posting.. and nobody ever knew the whole story.

When tSwill endowment fund receives the check from my estate, you'll know.

Yeah -- front to back -- it was nice. Not sure when it was made. Brought back memories of sneaking into the adult section of the local Value Video. Through the half-height wood-slotted doors. Praying the pimply checkout guy doesn't ask for ID. Running out with Breast Friends #92.

Guy at our prototype shop was spot welding some parts this morning. Gun tip closed on his finger. Probably 600-700# of gun force concentrated in an area less than .1 square-inch. Needless to say, blood everywhere. He was scheduled for surgery this afternoon. Hope he comes out of it okay.

Tip of the right middle finger as explained by our safety manager. Hopefully it didn't affect the last joint on the finger.tGreenWay wrote:The Pantry wrote:Guy at our prototype shop was spot welding some parts this morning. Gun tip closed on his finger. Machine he was working was foot pedal controlled. Fortunately his foot came off the pedal quickly, otherwise the weld sequence may have initiated and complicated the injury in ways I can only imagine.

Yeah, hopefully above the last joint and tendons, though I admit I have no idea where those end. Can’t imagine the added pain if the weld sequence had started. Nerve damage alone will suck big time.
