I did get chuckle at the address listed on the sign: the first 3 numbers were 666.

It truly astounds me the number of Trump supporters still gathering at 23 & Van Dyke every Sunday, crying about the "stolen" election and bemoaning socialism lol. Having a Trump "store" in this area makes perfect sense for the Trump Mafia to continue fleecing his supporters of more of their hard earned money.

Re: The political hodge podge thread
GOP nominee Texas born, former MA State Rep Geoff Diehl who lost to Elizabeth Warren by 24 points in his US Senate run in 2018. He’s Trump endorsed MAGA anti-vax/anti-mask, pro-life.
The Democrat is current MA AG Maura Healey. Harvard undergrad, Northeastern JD. Two term AG whose 2 GOP opponents have lost by 25% in ‘14 and 40% in ‘18. Healey is openly gay, sued the Trump White House over his Muslim ban.
Law and Order might be the only thing the MAGA’s have and wouldn’t be surprised if QAnon was involved in the bombing at Northeastern.

The repub candidate for governor in Michigan wants to spend $1billion on new police. 500 state troopers and 5,000 new local officers. Of course with all the additional police patrolling our state we're going to need people to watch over all the "criminals" they arrest, so she's proposing another 2,000 prison guards.

Found it odd Tudor Dixon would decide to make that a campaign centerpiece after a week ago it was announced the MI DOC was closing the Michigan Reformatory in Ionia and MI’s prisoner count is at a 30 year low of 33,000.
But she’s pivoted from talking about her support of No Exceptions abortion policy.

Coincidence? The $1billion will be spread over four years. So she's planning on $250 million per year to hire 7500 people. That works out to $33,000 per new employee per year. She's going to have people beating down the doors for those new high paying, no benefits jobs, not.
Wasn't she supposedly a finance officer for her daddy's company that she used to work for? Now we know why it went bankrupt and out of business.

I think she was in sales. Not that it detracts from your overall point.

She wants to use the State's rainy-day fund to pay for this while cutting state income taxes, with the end goal to cut the income taxes to zero?

Correct, oh and $250million of that money will go towards equipment. Maybe she should get someone on staff to actually run the numbers instead of just pulling something out, throwing it and hoping it sticks.

Trump lose appeal on presidential immunity
House fails to pass stand alone military aid bill to Israel.

He might have been however it seems to slip past people that it takes years of preparation putting together a campaign staff and plan to run for President. He has been working on political issues, or at least one issue, for a while now.

First they offer the County Health Office $4M to leave when she would resign then are trying back out after that number went public.
Now they are calling on the handpicked county administrator, former Trump appointee and failed GOP. Congressional candidate Gibbs to be fired. Gibbs has hired his own lawyer and wants $630K to leave.

But if they start putting vaccines in cigarettes, maybe I'll take up smoking. Seems more fun than getting a shot.
