I'm not surprised by the recent 3 horrible hoop games by the Spartans. I posted here back in December that Stephens appears to be in control of the substitutions and the last 3 games he has left Ben Carter on the bench. Carter is the most experienced big man we have with his 6th year and tremendous March Madness performance. He is the "glue" necessary for all successful teams. Unselfish and hardworking, he's looking pass first vs. Bridges, Jackson, Ward, Tillman and Goins "seeking NBA individual stats". When will Izzo and Stephens wake up and realize Carter needs 25 minutes at the minimum for this team to be successful? Stephens is burning out the front line.
