This, plus specific examples. Parenting styles differ from generation to generation, but for every anecdote Bill offers, I can present a kid from my neighborhood who I’ve watched grow up and take their place in the world. Great kids who are now or about to do great things.

The high school class of 2018 has my utmost respect. They deserve better than we've given them and I suspect they will change the world for the better.

Not sure where you're getting those statistics but if true, it sounds like nutritional issues first brought up in a book written by Weston Price, DDS in 1930's...Nutrition and Physical Degeneration

Price studied generational differences in many cultures after they were introduced to Western foods.  Very compelling nutritional argument for traditional foods.  The advent of processed foods, rise of the medical industry, and bad government all helped squelch his research and message.
