I'm going with the rugged tattoo patriot who clearly loves America and the Constitution.

I swear, that dude is a caricature that I would make up if I could.. the menacing scowl.. the American flag.. the tattoo.. I mean, I have plenty of tattoos.. but none are as cool as his.
