He didn't mention Loyer by name but it was pretty clear who he was talking about. I've also read that Foster's parents are beyond irritated by what they hear/read about their son. If we lose the younger Loyer, the message board warriors are partially to blame.

and i was mostly referring to duffy's holier than thou bullshit where if you say anything negative about anyone ever associated with MSU, you're a terrible person and not a real fan

If we lose a kid because of what he reads on a message board then he is mentally fragile and I'd rather not have him on the team.

Why would any parent want to advise their son to go to MSU to play a sport knowing the knuckle draggers, Angry 20 and Demand Excellence jock sniffers will dedicate hours every day denigrating one of their kids.

If Fletcher Loyer is recruited and decides to attend MSU and play here it will because of Izzo and Fife convincing them the critical asshat critics and lazy media that use unattributed message board material don’t matter.

I would like someone to start exposing the Angry Twenty, their names, where they work, their athletic histories.

While this is absolutely correct, I’m telling you there is a difference between somebody telling me I’m an asshole and somebody saying shit about my kid in my reaction. Maybe that’s just a Dwags reaction because that’s all I can base it on, and maybe the parents of D1 athletes are more mentally stable than I am.  I’m just projecting how I would feel.  Which is bad in and of itself to begin with.  Maybe other parents are way different. It’s a rare thing where you have brothers follow brothers to school. We’ve had some in football. Couple of misses in basketball with Trice and Aherns.  But yeah, message boards.

Any parent is going to look at the experience player/kid #1 had, when they consider whether to send player/kid #2 to a school.
