Impossible not to. I will go through an area a number of times before I resort to a walkthrough. There are a few areas up north in the mountains that are hard to navigate/figure out where to go. Lots of cliffs.  Youtube is great for when you get stuck.

I use this map quite a bit to figure out where the hell I'm at. And the wiki to figure out what shit is and where to find it.

https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Interactive+Map

I also use this general guide to determine how far I am through the game. It gives a 1000 foot overview of each section without giving away the 'how to'. I'm currently at the Crumbling Farum Azula.

I've made it to the Capital of Ashen, which is the final area. Killed two bosses in relatively easy fashion. I'm now at the final boss fight of the game.

Looking at the title of this thread, I come to the conclusion that the tools for promotion and methods are pretty much the same over the years. Unfortunately, many services use only a few basic ways and do not even try something new, as the fear of minimal loss is higher than the desire for growth (Personally, I always try to find something new and interesting. One of the last things I recommend to you is https://1houseofpokies.com/, you can relax and earn good money, and many people need that. Do not be afraid to take risks and good luck!)

I made through to the last Boss and quit. I gave her a dozen tries. Got her down about 2/3rds the way a few times. But I woulda wasted a week of my life before finally killing her. Honestly, I felt no pull to finish. I made it to the end and felt good. Getting there was the fun part. I'd say I did about 80+% of the map/bosses.

Haven't played anything since. Saw the Harry Potter ad. I will give it a whirl when it's released for PS4 in April.

Not much help as I'm a part time gamer, but I've played/recommend Fortnite, Elden Ring and PGA Tour Golf. FIFA is also fun, but got bored of it after a few weeks. I rage quit PGA one day, so it is realistic.

Definitely hitting up Harry Potter when it hits for PS4 in April

No, it’s pretty much on it’s own. It gives you a little primer at the beginning but those two don’t matter much to the story. I started with 3 without knowing anything. The show and books are out there as well, but you don’t need any of that either

After a round and a half, it’s good. More challenging than 2k I think at its normal modes (I realize 2k can be made harder but I’m not ever one to really do that. I play a game as it is given to me. I have precious little gaming time as it is, I’m not here to become an expert at this useless skill.) it’s gorgeous, I would definitely say that. Like really really nice looking. Is it worth paying full price for it? I mean I dunno. Is any sports game worth that vs waiting 3 months and saving $30? That’s up to you. It’s really fun and very pretty.

No idea I haven’t tried. I’ve spent maybe an hour on this game so far, just played the round and a half. I learned that you need to hit buttons while the ball is in the air in order to add spin, just adjusting it before the shot isn’t enough. I got like a +10 in my first round at Augusta because the ball would hit the green then go right off every single time.

I'll get around to Starfield eventually, but I'm in no rush. Still trying to get 100 mods to work on Fallout 4 without constantly crashing it. Have a tentative load order that is working well so far, more testing needed though.

I've been considering trying a mod collection for Skyrim (204 mods installed currently) to avoid all the tinkering with load orders, patches, and such, but hopefully I'll be engrossed in Starfield and its inevitable mods for the foreseeable future.

You might wanna try a Fallout collection.

I'm playing on PS4, and it maxes you out at 100 mods, so I'm deliberately going for the max. I have tried some collections, but if you get too many collections at once, they start to conflict with each other. I find they work best in large numbers when each is only doing one thing.

Got it. I assumed you were on PC. Didn't even know you could use mods on PS. I've never had a console. I always game on PC. No Starfield on PS. XBox & PC. Microsoft flexing with their new acquisition.

tMrs loves Starfield. Now I'm going to have to build her a computer. FML.

Much to my dismay, but not my surprise, she doesn't want a Spartan rig. She wants a Star Wars theme. Looks like we'll be going with an all white stormtrooper look.

Despite the recommended specs saying RX6800 GPU, my RX6700 seems to be running it fine on ultra settings.
