A state senator in Wyoming who's running against U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney and four others in a Republican primary acknowledged he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18

It was a disclosure he said he was forced to make because of "the establishment swamp," "So, bottom line, it's a story when I was young. Two teenagers, girl gets pregnant. You've heard those stories before. She was a little younger than me, so it's like the Romeo and Juliet story," Can't we let people rest in peace?" Bouchard said, adding his opponents "wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't the frontrunner."

"If this is the best you've got, bring it on," he said.

That’s a heartwarming addition to the State Senator’s bio.

When the candidate was 18 and living in FL he got his then 14 year old girlfriend pregnant. They married when he was 19 and she was 15. They subsequently divorce and his child bride commits suicide when she’s 20.

Who wouldn’t want to be represented by a stand up guy like him.

The thing that really kicked my ass about this was when somebody said that’s a high school senior or graduate hooking up with an eighth grader.
