I always found it fascinating that some Americans actually side with terrorist organizations over a freedom living ally that fights people who call Israel and America little and great Satan.

Oh--and the holier than thou card? Maybe the UN should investigate Obama and his drone strikes--I don't think Bob or Jim would like the glass house they live in. Hate Israel for defending themselves but worship Obama who has authorized more drone strikes than anyone in history.

I grew up when the anti apartheid thing was kind of a big deal. It seemed to matter to everybody that other human beings were being treated in that way. I guess to some it doesn't if you happen to share hatred and contempt for the group being oppressed.

I suppose the part that is most interesting to me is how extreme a somewhat large part of America has become with regard to race, bigotry, religious-tolerance, etc. since the election of an African American president.
