MSU has to go unbeaten, get to and win the Big Ten Championship to be in the 4 team playoff.

The playoff committee. If favorites continue to win they will select teams from the Big Ten, SEC, Big 12 and PAC 12 with the ACC champion and ND in the mix. If there is any conference that gets 2 teams in it may be the SEC with LSU and 'Bama.

dafuq you talking about. OSU has ZERO chance, actually negative chance to get in with a loss to MSU. MSU would have to lose 2 out of 3 to Maryland, Nebraska, and PSU for OSU to get in assuking they win the B1G title game.

And no, MSU isn't in right now. Playoffs start today, you have OSU, LSU, Clemson, and TCU/Baylor.

The great thing is, it doesnt matter who is in now. MSU simply has to win out. Win out, we are in. Lose to OSU, we are out.

And thats fine. MSU isnt a playoff caliber team. OL is bad right now and has been for weeks. Too many injuries in the secondary also. Any good passing team like Baylor/OSU will score 40 on us easily.

In i juries have derailed a season that was filled with playoff aspirations. MSU just isnt good enough without those guys. And thats fine, we are still in line for a major bowl.

Playing Notre Dame in the Fiesta would be great.
