Anybody have a go to crock pot recipe they live?

Pulled pork. Toasted buns on grill. Baked beans. Chopped salad.

Or crock pot some chicken breasts and make into white chicken chili.

Get a chuck roast, cube it, throw in baby carrots, some potato chunks, chopped celery and onions. Cover with beef bullion. Done.

My white chicken chili recipe is basically chicken, garbanzos, and salsa. Add Monterey Jack cheese at the end once you let cool for a bit (otherwise cheese gets too hot and breaks up into little chunks rather than being stringy).

I do pulled pork (pork shoulder or butt) and corn beef all the time. I don't get fancy with it. For the pork I just chuck in the meat, some water and let it boil. Corn beef usually comes with a seasoning packet, and I'll throw in some carrots and redskin potatoes.

Throw some ribs in it with half a can of coke and whatever seasonings you want to use. Let it go for a few hours. Pull em out and throw em in the oven with some barbecue sauce on em and heat until it carmelizes. Eat. Just make sure and lock the doors first so WBH doesn't break in and beat you over the head with a grill.

For crissake DWags, first get a man's crockpot.

Then buy 10lbs of boneless pork butt, put the meat in the pot fat see up, add 2 bottles of beer, apply a rib rub or dry seasoning you like, and cook 8 hours at 250. You can serve the break apart pork or pull it and add the barbecue sauce of your choice.

I also make a killer Wasp's Pho with shower drain catch hair and blades of grass. Obviously, it's not popular in the upper US right now, but it's a neighbor favorite in warm weather months.

What the hell is a "go to" crock pot recipe? Can throw any tough cut of meat into one with some chicken or beef stock on low for 8 hours and it will come out amazing.

Get a brisket. Make sure it's a flat, not a packer. Trim off every ounce of fat. Slather it in mayo and sour cream. Put it in the slow cooker. Cook it until it's falling apart.

Amazing is a little generous. It will taste like shitty crockpot meat steamed in its own nasty sweat for a stupid amount of time. Nothing has ever tasted even slightly better coming out of a crockpot that 20 minutes more work to cook it properly wouldn't solve.
