So I had some waspy Dutch lady who's probably never met a Jewish person in her life, tell me how to refer to Jewish people. I wanted to show her pictures of me at Hasidic barmitzvahs in Brooklyn but I figured it didn't matter. Corporate PC culture is funny.

We all still say shit that offends people. I've said "that's a really retarded move" to an employee in a joking manner. I found out later he was offended by it. I just went to him said I didn't know if it makes a difference but I'm sorry if it offended him and I won't use that term again and I was not thinking that it was offensive.
