The link is valid.

Katy Perry wants to buy a covenant and put a house on the property.

Nuns who formerly lived there don't like that idea.

Nuns sold property to someone else, but they don't own it.  The archdiocese does, they sold it to Perry.

Perry has pretty much won everything in court.

Nun died at a post trial hearing still trying to deny the sale.
