Hah! You'll actually be proud of me. I stopped drinking that stuff a long time ago but I've always referred to it as pop out on the east coast and west coast. I get made fun of but i tell them they are saying it wrong not me.

So when I got to MSU my roommate said “I got a quart in my cooler, grab it”. First day I met him. I said “quart?” Then opened it and saw a few 32 ozers of bud. I said “oh a jumbo” he laughed.

Honestly never in our vernacular. Curious what the younger dudes say about it in terms of whether they have heard it or not.

In terms of "off bar" drinking it was "beer" (12 oz), tall boy, or 40. Or party ball - 1/4 bbl - 1/2 bbl. In bar we drank 32 oz. My cheap buddies used to love going to the Riv because you could get a 32 oz Labatt on draft for $2.75. That was a mainstay.
