Tucker building in a different kind of way. Instead of hiring a rando position coach from another school, he hired a speaciltized personal trainer with NFL ties. And he will let him continue his business of training NFL players at MSU facilities. This feels like all kinds of win.

Reading that article, Tucker talks about building each players brand. How to do it, and how it can be fun. Whether you like it or not, branding players will be a big part of the recruiting process (at least in my opinion). More so now than before. I'm a fan of that, and I think that will only help MSU in the long run.

I may have missed the info before, but interesting that he wouldn't sign the extension contract until msu guaranteed updated football facilities. He's smart all around. I'm looking forward to this season.

Hey Floyd, what’s the source of that tweet? It’s a broken link and I’d like to see how big Mel’s gotten in the midsection. I haven’t said anything, but it does kind of bug me that such a high profile figure would smoke cigars in public. It just sends the wrong message to younger audiences. Then look at the belly on the defensive specialist they just brought in and yikes, those guys are flirting with health issues.

I am really liking what he's doing. It makes sense in today's social media world, and he's bringing experts to make it happen.

I'm really eager for this season, but I'm trying not to get too excited. This is still a new program, and it takes time. But damn his efforts get me all tingly.

He's as serious as he looks and think Harbaugh will be pulling every shenanigan he can think of to discredit Tucker because the 10 year deal Ishbia and friend put together allows Tucker to play the long game.
