Violating the order is considered a misdemeanor offense, but Blocker said it won't be heavily enforced, unless people refuse to comply.

If people don’t follow the order, and police need to enforce it and Blocker said the department would work with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office to request criminal charges, which would be reviewed at a later date.

I just picked up a $200+ order from Kroger via curbside (no hoarding, I did get 2 cartons of eggs instead of 1). Pretty seamless. I popped my hatch, he left the receipt back there, didn't have to sign a thing. Didn't even card me for the booze or wine. Hopefully state inspectors have better things to do these days than try to bust retailers for selling to minors. They were out of tri colored rotini and we had to settle for Kroger peanut butter instead of Peter Pan. I did not even attempt to buy toilet paper.

Every kroger near me doesnt have curbside available. I think it's because all their timeslots are taken. I keep checking, and I've yet to see one open

Yeah it's 3 days. Go on tomorrow morning, add a couple things to your cart, and then when you go to check out, select Saturday and there will be slots. You can then go back and modify your cart. They don't do the shopping until an hour or so before your time slot.

Just received notification from family that works at Beaumont hospital: All Beaumont hospitals are at capacity. And the Grosse Point Beaumont, they are turning the OB ward into an ICU ward (Sending OB patients to Beaumont Troy)
