I’m having a hard time breathing when I’m trying to fall asleep. During the day I’m not having any problem. I don’t have a fever (that I know of) nor do I have a cough. I can breathe very deeply, perhaps more than most people. When I had a physical last summer my doctor said my lungs were “perfect”.

Should I be concerned?

Call your doctor, he probably knows more about health and medicine than we do and plenty of doctors are now doing diagnosis over the phone.

Travis...I killed my buddy. Send the authorities to Old Barn Road in Holt. Tell them to take it north to the T in the road and then left. 300 yards down, there is an oak tree.
