A lady at our daughters daycare came down with something that looks an awful lot like Covid-19. We’ll wait for the test results but my warrant may be signed already. And I’m A positive so this should be fun.

That’s my understanding. If a kid is over 99.7 and is sent home from the line at the door that’s about as public of sharing as you get.

If that's all it took to violate HIPAA, schools couldn't call a kids' parents to come get them if they throw up, sprain their ankle in gym class, etc., would they?

Week of July 11 the MI GOP majority leadership in the legislature claim Gov Whitmer’s executive order regarding face masks is outside of her powers of the state executive branch and is an individual decision for business and individuals.
