I think I drive by that house once or twice a week (no, it's not my neighborhood). Never thought about renting it out as a wedding.

There was just a somewhat similar story down here, about someone that put someone else's house up for sale on Zillow. It was a good deal (less than $400K for a house valued at over $600K), so she was getting flooded with calls. They even advertised an open house. The owner of the house couldn't take it down because it wasn't her account that posted it. The local station eventually got Zillow to take it down. It wasn't a scam for money or anything, as they even gave the actual owner's name/contact info. Just seems like a prank that resulted in her getting tons of calls and people showing up for an open house.
