I’ve had it before. I didn’t hate it, but I couldn’t really eat it due to the texture. And the idea of raw beef messes with my head. But sushi doesn’t and I love it . So texture is the biggest thing.

Not raw beef, though that's pretty fine also prepared correctly as carpaccio and tartare. Kibbee is made with raw lamb.

This thread is a pretty good indicator of the hate, bigotry and racism rampant in society, along with how we got to the point where an American political party can provoke a terror attack on America.. literally beating police officers to death.. and it's supporters lean into the hate, bigotry, racism and the comfort they get on social media... and away from family.

Sounds like it's a good idea to steer away from social media and lean into what/who makes you feel whole, peaceful and content.
