This hunter Biden crap is ridiculous. They believe that he did so much more so any punishment for the tax/gun charges would ALWAYS be judged as preferential treatment. If you follow the proceedings, you can see how these unproven scandals dreamed up are effecting things like the judge with some of the things she does and says. Very sad. Just seems like a show to throw red meat to the conspiracy folks and the judge is in on it.

These corrupt people create their own scandals out of thin air. Some how they magically keep talking about impeachment of different folks over it, all because they all know hunter is guilty of so much more and corrupt Joe is definitely involved. If it weren't such a sad reflection of this country, the way this all proceeded would be laugh out loud hilarious. I try to ignore it but then I think about Americans (or are they even anymore?) When the Trump appointed lawyer who started his investigation of Hunter Biden and is retained by the new administration to complete his investigation decides the evidence doesn’t match what Hunter Biden has been accused of by the former President and his sycophants.

The DOJ lawyer turns over his finding

But not so fast. A Trump appointed Federal Judge Maryellen today told Hunter Biden and his counsel the agreement that had been previously negotiated needed to be examined.

Bottom line is Trump appointed judges are accountable to no one but themselves.

Hunter Biden is a guy who’s made some bad choices given his father’s career but I have a hunch this Trump appointed judge and others like her won’t rest until Hunter Biden is incarcerated for a decade for being an agent of China.

If Republicans weren't in a frenzy over this preferential treatment myth, does this Trump judge openly lament about her reservations about "rubber stamping" this deal? I think not. I don't really give a shit but I'm getting tired of this nonsense republican outrage cycle over nothing. Dems have an outrage cycle too but at least it's generally about human rights issues. These people are 100% political freakshows in it for just the power and they will do and say anything they think advances their agenda because they constantly feel it slipping away. The funny thing is they only need to do two thing together as a party to stem the bleeding. 1. Stop openly supporting freakshow trolls and 2. Move the platform to the left, just a little, from where the GWB admin was. There would be a short period of uncertainty and they may lose some seats for one cycle or so, but ultimately this move will hit the reset button, claw back support from the middle and make their shit show party stronger, harder to beat, and well positioned for the future. Instead, they choose vulgarity, fascism, restricting rights, hate, and all around a dozen different things that run counter to traditional American ideals and being an American. In short, they chose to shit on America.

Two things again here can help. 1. Election holidays every major election, especially in non presidential election to drastically increase turnout. The low turnout makes all the garbage these political trolls spew hard to resist, they motivate a highly motivated but small base and the extremists get elected. Add that shit ton more people and that makes extremist positions less successful. And 2. Democrats in hopelessly red districts should all be registering as Republicans and voting for the most sane Republicans in the primaries. That will shift the deep red positions to the left and get rid of these entrenched freedom caucus types. But this is America. Many of us have tons of great ideas how to fix our broken systems and absolutely no means or hope for implementing them
