As soon as word "leaked" today from the Cleveland GM that it will be almost impossible to beat out Hoyer as the starter, it was obvious that Hoyer was trade bait. The only question was which QB the Browns drafted.

The Clowns let most of their line go in FA, at least the decent guys, except Joe Thomas, and I would expect him to be dealt before the draft.
They will need a QB that can run.....for his life.
