Michigan State is the only in-state school that made Gervin's top-five cut, with Michigan and Eastern Michigan having also extended offers.
Noting that Michigan State has been keeping tabs on him since seventh grade, Gervin refers to East Lansing as "home" because of how comfortable everything feels during visits. He also mentions that he is close with nearly the entire staff at Michigan State.

Chase Kline might be committing very soon. He finished a visit yesterday and it sounds like they put the hard sell on him and he's close.

Deshaun Mallory (DE from Ill) apparently wants to commit but he has a summer school issue he needs to take care of. If he passes his class or test or whatever, it sounds like he will definitely be a part of the class.

There are 2 highly ranked DL kids from Georgia that are supposedly on campus today. One is James Head Jr and the other is Randy Charlton. I don't really know much about them other than they are supposed to be good prospects from GA and certainly positions of need.
