10 movies and there have been two excellent ones (Empire, Rogue), six mediocre ones, and two really godawful ones (I, II). I hope this makes it three excellent ones, but I'm not getting my hopes up too high.

I really liked 8. Mostly because it was different and tried to break the mold a little bit. 9 looks like it will go back to being like 7, what with Lando and a Death Star and the emperor. Which is just another “whatever I’ve seen this movie already.”

The Last Jedi and Rogue One were pretty good. I was pretty skeptical, considering how bad it got with Natalie Portman and Samuel L. Jackson. And Jar Jar. Didn’t see Solo, not yet anyway. Considering Billy Dee’s maniacal laugh, which seems goofy as hell, I’m going to wait for feedback from others.

Yeah, I respect that. Honestly most of these I'm just watching them once. When I saw 8 I saw it in a packed theater at BAM in Brooklyn on opening weekend and the whole room was really fired up when all the classic characters came on the screen. It was good energy in the room and the crowd added to it. I saw 8 in a mall theater with the room barely full and I remember just feeling bored during it.

I wanted luke to be an ass kicker, but he played a parlor trick on Kylo. All in all, I did not like ep. 8

I just finally watched it like... two week ago?

Last Jedi sucked. Fuck Rian Johnson.

Yep. Seems to be Fan Service: Sorry If You Didn't Like Last Jedi, We're Fixing It All!!! instead of a true sequel to TLJ.
