They have boosters willing to put their money where their mouth is for lining up to pay for the buyout. But remember many are probably the same people who committed for the head scratching decision to hire Taggart in the first place, something for which Oregon should thank them all.

You’ve got to think FSU has already contacted someone like Auburn’s Malzhan who already recruits FL and always seems to be on Auburn booster’s hot seat or Iowa State’s Matt Campbell who may be figuring out Ames isn’t a destination to win championships.

They're gonna beat the SC School of the Blind, North Greenville Middle School, the West Georgia Yardcats and handle the Eastern Kentucky Mud Bugs handily in the conference championship game.. while Ohio State, Bama, LSU and Penn State beat the hell out of each other.

All these teams should be scheduling one tune up game and then three tough non conference opponents. I mean I get it you want to run the table, but this is getting ridiculous.

I have to say when he was there the first time the energy in Manhattan was so palpable. The Empire State Building would light up scarlet and sports bars would be loaded with Rutgers fans. There’s a lot of talent in this area and If anyone can turn it around he’s probably their best shot.
