English: main difference is that we serve our ceviche in the liquids in which it's cooked (I know it isn't "cooked"). Ecuadorian ceviche is very soupy and can be recognized as such

I don't doubt this. Latin American countries often have their own takes on dishes. Heck, so does the US from region to region, and if course large variations from how things are done in their countries of origin.

Lehto's use to be decent 40 years ago but has gone way down hill since then.

They went through a bad streak from like 2006-2012 but things have been up the last 7-8 years IMHO, they changed back to the old recipe

Yup. I have been to the vandercook lake one a few years ago. Even though I don’t live over there, I have a few gift cards. Some damn good pizza.

Have not had takeout much at all since this started but not really on purpose, it's just easier to cook here since we're already sitting here all damn day and it gives us something to do. Chipotle a couple times, JT's pizza once, First Wok once or twice. That's about it. I'd actually like to get it a little more. I'm ordering Buddy's Pizza for lunch tomorrow.

Visited Taste of Thai a couple days ago. Somehow had a $60 order just for me. It's OK, that means leftovers for tomorrow unless I finished it off late at night. Not that I'm saying that happened.
