Supposedly Miami was waiting for Cristobol to not only agree to terms, but to inform Oregon that he's leaving and for Oregon to accept that, before letting Diaz go.

To try to pretend that major college football isn't a business for the NFL ready players is silly. If you want them to play you have to pay (them) more than they are risking if they get hurt.
