Eventually, but I believe the meeting is to start the legal challenges to the ACC's very tight exit rules. I would think others would join them.kingstonlake wrote:Florida State calls emergency meeting with BOT for tomorrow 10am
Leaving ACC?

If I heard it right, I heard it is 120 million exit fee. Is that right?

I don’t remember anything other than it being insanely expensive.

$572 million penalty to leave the ACC, according to what FSU's press release today.
The BOT has now officially voted to file the lawsuit against the ACC.

Holy shit.
By the way, regarding Coleman, if you were paying for his name, image, and likeness, wouldn’t you demand that his name, image, and likeness, we’re in the bowl game? I think in the future these.NIL deals should have assigned contract where these kids give money back if they dodge a bowl game

Probably easier to withhold a certain amount or a percentage and pay it out after the bowl game than trying to claw it back.

Well, it’s easier to score when the other team is in their locker room.

Why ABC didn’t put South Dakota v Montana FCS Championship on @ 2:00 Saturday instead of 2 Sunday is a head scratcher

I don’t know. I think the NCAA is making it up as they go along. Also, with this, please consider UM punished.

3 whole games for an assistant? Whoa...that is definitely unprecedented. Poor FSU. How will they recover from this? Asking for SMU.

Collins served active duty in the United States Air Force for six years. He even did a deployment in Afghanistan. Collins is currently in his fourth year in the national guard and is planning on staying involved in it for the next 20 years.
Collins is now 31 years old and an Air Force veteran but his elderly status compared to the average college student doesn’t slow him down.

I was going to say in the most delicate way possible... I've seen our cheer squad and in no way do any of them look like 31 year olds. No offense to any 31 year old ladies of course.
Didn't really pay attention to the dudes.

Haven't seen them, but a 31-year-old woman who is fit enough to be a cheerleader probably wouldn't look 31 years old to me.
