Throwback my good friend, this reminds me of that old tale from the sea: there's a dad and son bull sitting on a hill overlooking a pasture of cows. The son say "dad, let's run down there and Faulk us a cow." To which the dad replies " no son, let's walk down and Faulk them all."

You see throw down, the first time can be awkward and disappointing. There are nerves and unknowns. But after a few times you reach a certain comfort level, and that's when it starts to blossom like a flower.

So my advice to you is set it up for the marathon. Don't sprint out of the gate. And get a good long run out of it. And don't go for the stink pipe until mile 3 or 4.
