I wonder what is the most number of penalties that a World Cup Golden Boot winner has scored. Kane has 6 goals, which is usually enough to win the award. He has 3 penalties, plus one that went off his heel which he knew nothing about.

I do always love the once-every-four-year analysis of how to completely change a sport that makes more money than any on earth in order to try to appeal to a segment of Americans that still won't give a fuck anyway.

Edit: FWIW, I'm not really taking a shot at steve, as he's been watching quite a bit. But more a commentary on how every four years people that hate soccer always say "They should do this and that to change the sport, then I might watch." As if anyone in world soccer really gives a fuck if some hard core NFL fan watches soccer...which they still wouldn't watch.

To be honest I just posted that to be funny and I don't expect the sport to change. Been enjoying the tournament, I just wanted to see a fight in the France vs Uruguay match.

Belgium just scored. Boooo! I can't root for a nation who's only contribution to the planet is the waffles.
