Take it for what it’s worth. My cousin is a trump supporter. He’s fire fighter/paramedic. The two hospitals they take patients to in the Cincinnati area both say there is no way around it. There is a shortage of test kits and they cannot test as many patients as they need to. He’s pretty close to a lot of staff at both hospitals. He works at a jail as well 1,000 inmates. 6 test kits available.

Just spoke to him. 4 guys at his fire house were exposed to a positive case. Sent home for 14 days and they are “working” on getting the tested.

This was from UofM, specific to their hospitals. Might be a model for the state, too.

Just got done making a list of where I keep all my stuff: car titles, birth certificates, insurance policies, safe combinations and key locations, how the bills are paid, 99% of them are online so they all need passwords so the location of them. Where I keep my tp stash. If I catch the corona virus I don't want to be trying to explain all this stuff through a ventilator. Gave it to the wife. She's happy, but on the other hand, if you never hear from me again....

I already gave him all my credit card numbers and my social security number. He said he'd keep them safe for me. He also said he'd send me his, but I'm still waiting.

People are starting to come into the area from down state like it’s summer vacation. A few of my accounts aren’t hiding their disdain. I noticed one of my small grocery stores was busier than normal and I looked at the owner and she said “POS down staters like it’s summer vacation” in another one downstaters walked in and he said to his cashier “down staters” and she said “yep”. I think Alpena, Presque Isle and Alcona are the only counties in northeast MI without cases. I’m sure that’ll end soon.

I saw reports on Detroit TV news last weekend where northern officials were begging people to stay south. Mostly it was a question then of the stores not being stocked well enough. Now, I'm sure the concern is spreading the virus.
