That, along with MSU’s inability to score any of its late targets, pushed the class down in the final rankings. Is this one of those things where you don't admit guilt, but if you screw up in a certain timeframe, than you're guilty? I'll trust the coaches on this one, they're going to know a lot more than any of us as to what happened.

It's one that if you stay out of trouble for a year you're cleared. Now I guess it's up to CoachD whether he wants to take him or not.

Such weird circumstances though. Its battery against a female that occurred in October, but he wasn't charged until Jan or Feb. Then they are offering this plea, that if you stay out of trouble, there won't be a record, so not only just not guilty, but no record. If you get in trouble, then you're guilty and whatever the charges are.
So now Coach D has to decide if he wants to bring in an 18 year old, who has exhibited bad decision making already, onto a campus, where it is easy to get in trouble.
If this kid knew anything about the ELPD, I'm not sure that MSU would be on the top of his list. One MIP and he's in trouble.
