on a similar note, one morning per week, I do a track/stadium workout at the ELHS track. It seems like it's been a haven lately for the Cross Fit types, I guess, since gyms have been closed. There have been groups of people bringing what looks to be an entire home gym to the track.

I dig it a lot. We have miles and miles of groomed trails up here from December through March. I’d go nuts if I didn’t have some way to get out during that time.

I loathe being outside this time of year.. (though it's nice today.. 60's).. I do it, of course, I just don't enjoy it.
