Safe to say the kid was having a really hard time deciding. I can't blame him for choosing the school that has been with him since he was 13.

From what I understand, there are now two rankings, with and without the impact of transfers. For example, MSU's ranking without the 4 (5? lost count) transfers is 21. With those portal guys it is 18th.
