I think he will end up doing it. The debate commission said that they'll go ahead with the debate regardless, even if one candidate doesn't show up. Said that happened in 1980 when Carter didn't attend a debate. Trump's campaign said they'll do a super-spreader -- err, I mean rally -- instead, but as I've seen pointed out a couple places, is Trump really going to turn down the opportunity to be in front of 60 million+ people?

FWIW and SIAP, but in 1960, Kennedy and Nixon did a virtual debate. One in NY and one in LA.

BTW, Biden said, "We all know what he's going to do, he changes his mind every day." He knows Trump was posturing. Now, Trump either has to stick with not debating or prove Biden right.

The moderator started out good with questions on his testing and white surpremacy, and not letting him off the hook.
