They’re a 7 or 8 win team. I just saw where their roster is the youngest in the nfl. I think in a couple years they might have a legit playoff chance. But not this year. Just play and get experience. Love won’t be Favre/Rodgers but he won’t suck either.

Grr people that did that kind of stuff in the first place are just waiting for the first game that the team loses that maybe they shouldn’t have. It happens to every team every season but for the lions it will be about ownership and curses and sol for a certain segment of people. IIRC, Campbell was pretty much hired before the Holmes hiring announcement, but he agreed to it/with it before officially taking the job. Holmes has made some excellent roster and draft moves, but can’t take credit for Dan Campbell.

I went to the game today and had a good time. Mostly because I had an all-access pass courtesy of Style E Smooth and Jingles. Spent the first on the sidelines with a field pass. Damn Ford Field was LOUD.If I can figure it out I will post some pics.

Now, hopefully not in triplicate, for my miserable experience. It took about about an hour and 15 minutes to get from EL to the Ford field exit. And another hour and 45 minutes to get parked and into the stadium.

Once inside,, I had forgotten what a train wreck NFL football fans are, Drunken grown men wearing jerseys ( I counted about a 100 Aidan Hutchisons) with there pre-teen kids.

A handful of passed out fans in the concourse and a few fights. All of this slightly after kickoff. Honestly this may of been the last NFL game I ever attend.
