You could use it to scrub your ass in the shower. Please report results to Mr gHost in other thread.
You say that as if I don’t already do that.

Is this something you've discussed with your coffee chicks? Any of them mention coffee enemas to help break the sphincter ice?Floyd Robertson wrote:If you want to read some funny stuff, #ReplaceLoveWithAnal on Twitter. I've already spit out coffee twice and it's 7:33 am.

I haven't. It's kind of sensitive subject.

One of big misgivings I have about going into a condo is not being able to shovel snow. Great exercise.

true - and I'm a rather meticulous sort when it comes to that sort of thing (this attribute doesn't extend to all aspects of my existence), so I also enjoy the straight lines and plotting the most efficient pathway to residential snow removal.Floyd Robertson wrote:Robert J Sakimano wrote:I love shoveling snow.

You might hit it off with my neighbor. He's got an entire arsenal of snow removal equipment. A plow truck, a riding snowblower, a push snowblower and of course shovels. When it snows (if it ever does) up here that shit doesn't have a chance against him.

I buy them at Costco. They're perfect, not oily like Planters, and light on the sea salt. I just didn't have any at work when I was craving a handful.

It's interesting how accents change over the years. No one talks like this any more. Also it seems that a lot of people talked in a higher pitch back then. Odd.

I don’t know if you heard, but every single one of those people interviewed and seen in the background, are dead. All of them. Dead. It’s so sad.

Really? Not to me. Like at all. Their speech patterns are a lot faster back then vs. now. Their inflections are totally different from any accent I've heard in the present day. Their octaves when they speak are a bit higher than most people today.
There are a few that sound like how people talk today, but even those have a little bit of an old timey accent that kicks in every once in a while.

Re: Random Ramblings
You should mostly ignore the pitch, as the recording equipment of the time was not made to capture the lower registers so it likely sounds much more grating than it did in life. In addition, tapes stretch, and playback speed is not regulated as precisely. I don't really notice an accent that sounds any different from when I see a bunch of older folks in a group. Maybe I'm crazy, I don't know.

I am talking about real people. The people in the clip I previously posted. Listen to those first two guys talking. It's very similar. If you don't hear it I don't know what else I can say.

Re: Random Ramblings
I see what you mean Pylon. I always think of the old radio auction/or race horse announcers. Looks like it was a taught accent in that clip you posted. Interesting.
I also think the first clip is partially due to the old recording being distorted.

Are websites like Anglie’s List and Home Advisor worth browsing and actually helpful when looking for electricians, handymen, etc.? Or is it just a bunch of electricians and handymen and others just anonymously giving themselves great reviews?
