Especially in this season, with Lawrence missing games, and no true leader - Trask, Smith, Jones, etc all kind of underwhelming candidates - why isn't Jarret Patterson getting more love for Heisman? Buffalo is 5-0 and playing for the MAC title on Friday night. Big game maybe gets him in the conversation? 250 yards and a couple of scores?

So Rose Bowl said no fans for the CFB, NCAA says we're moving the Rose Bowl to AT&7 stadium in Dallas, unsure if it would still be called the Rose Bowl, what a clusterfuck. Side note, Florida would be Notre Dame.

If you're going to do this, whatever. Things are especially bad in SoCal. But say what it is. You're cancelling it and you're playing the playoff game in Texas. Don't say you're "moving" the Rose Bowl, and still try to call it the Rose Bowl.

Also, I was thinking about our 2013 season we should just print 2013 National Championship T Shirts and declare ourselves champs. Going off the eye test we were the most impressive team that year and passing the eye test is what it's really all about.

I remember watching that Auburn-FSU title game and feeling very certain that we would crush either of them. Our D would have dominated both. One year too early, though. Reminds me how in 2010 we would have gone to the Rose Bowl under the rules in 2009. And then in 2011, we would have gone to the Rose Bowl under the rules of 2010.

Yep, that MSU team passed the eye test for sure. Print the shirst dammit. CFB is mostly about feel and perception. There's a huge subjective element to it. That team was national champs.
