Yeah, Saban is my guy in this shit just because of all the nice stuff he says about MSU. I Probably won’t even watch and didn’t watch one snap yesterday. Just not into the season bu I am amused by the absurdity of the selection process we see every year.

This entire season is absurd. I understand the argument that MSU needed the time together, and I definitely enjoyed the win over scum. As we’ve all discussed, if this season had never happened, most of us would have managed.

The absurdity among an absurd season is having one team that played only a little more than half the number of games than each of the other 3 teams. And there isn't even the month between games, only 2 weeks, like a typical bye week.

You essentially have 3 teams with all the injuries and wear and tear of late November and then 1 team at mid-October level. Ridiculous.

And the big ten changed the quarantine rules to 17 days for osu today

In 1994 the Penn State Nittany Lions went 12-0 and finished number two in the AP and Coaches Polls behind 12-0 Nebraska.

Three years later the 1997 Michigan Wolverines went 12-0 and so did Nebraska this time the AP had Nebraska #1 Michigan #2 and the Coaches Poll had Michigan #1 and Nebraska #2.

The system was stupid back then and it is still stupid to this day.
