Tiny Middlebury College (total students 2800) started their protest Sunday, April 28. About a dozen tents. Must have read recent reports because they’re staying off sidewalks and at least ten yards from campus and village buildings.

Good news is their school year ends in 2 weeks along with the forecast calling for rain 10 of the next 14 days.

Are we all aware that the 1960s aren’t the only time that students have protested something? Just so we’re all on the same page. The way boomers did it is not, shockingly, the single sole way of going about something.

Without knowing the facts, it could be that the administration is referring to the national organizations, which have been advocating for Palestine for years, of which the student groups at the schools are a subset of.
