I've recently had this same conversation with a buddy and this was also his recommendation. Thanks, OTPT!

I find Tom's Mountain Spring deodorant rather pleasant and not close to overpowering. Tom's makes an unscented deodorant if that's what you want.tGreenWay wrote:
Yep. One of the things I don’t like about these deodorants is how overpowering their scents are. Tom’s is the same way. I bought a Schmidt’s stick with a juniper and cedar scent, mostly b/c I liked how it smelled. Now I can’t stand it because it’s such a strong smell. Native is better but again, twice the price of other, similar sized products.

Bad BO is a deterrent. Socially distance using your natural musk.

Except anyone can smell I.B. coming from a block away. OTOH, no one wants to be that close to him, anyway.

My dad wore the cologne when I was a kid. Really loved that smell. After my parents divorced, he switched to Brut. It was the 70s and he was a swingin’ single.

My old man used to rock this back in the day. I use the blue version of above.

Surprised more builders don’t make doors wider in new home/apartment construction. We’re a fairly transient society and moving furniture and appliances is always a PITA. And yet, most of the time the same old industry standards are used.
Edit: doesn’t have to be more than one door. That’s all you need, really, for hauling in the bigger things.

When general contracting my old home I designed it with 36" doors for all rooms furniture or appliances would need to pass through. So if my lawn service can’t cut my grass and I can’t buy a lawn mower cause it’s non essential, what does the gov want us to do?

House in the neighborhood had grass taller than a fire hydrant last summer before it finally got cut...city may have done it.
Just let it grow. Not like the city's gonna ticket you now.

I realized that my water bill is going to bd pretty high.
Us being stuck at home, we obviously use the toilet a lot more. Add in doing more laundry, washing our hands, etc. That bastard corona should pay us all for our utilities.

Very smart of you, and from what little I’ve read on the subject, not that much more expensive. The people who have moved in after you must’ve loved that design.

That’s actually one of the reasons why people are buying more TP. Sure, there are the hoarders and those who will turn around to sell it at extreme prices, but from a practical standpoint, people just need more tp because they’re home a lot more.

Were great features. Thinking back, probably didn't cost more than a couple hundred bucks total. Kitten ended up selling it.tGreenWay wrote:The Pantry wrote:

Damn it all. Of course it takes a week or more to get Kroger pick up. I had it for last night pick up. They called and said it would be ready at 7am this morning . That was fine. I figured I would have a better chance getting what I wanted. Nope. No ground beef, no ham, no lettuce, no tomato, no parsnips, no ham, no carrots, and so much more. Fucking A man. No Easter dinner here.

That sucks. Order pizza? You are up in Shelby? See if Pizza Nostalgia is on Doordash or GrubHub.

Macomb, but right by Shelby.
I do have some food. And my in-laws dropped some ham off yesterday. I was just hoping to freeze some.
I made deviled eggs, and I have enough cucumbers to do cucumber salad. But disappointing.

I don't live in Michigan, but the only place I have been able to score any ground beef or chicken has been Costco and BJ's. Both deliver via instacart here. I even got a nice ham from BJ's, which I would give you, but I live in Delaware.

Usually sleep on my left side. Woke up couple mornings ago and left hip was killing me. Must have laid on it slightly wrong too long. Couple days now and still painful to walk. Aspirin seems to help a little.

It took two Dulcomax and an extra 16 hours, but I can confirm that stuff works.

I kinda feel bad for the remaining employees at the EL water treatment plant. They’re in for an eye-opener.

Re: Random Ramblings
Working my job from home, husband still doing his work from home, and taking care of 2.5 year old has been really tough.
Especially because it's hard for her to understand why she ccant go the playground or see her grandparents. We told her a sickness was going around and we're trying to not get sick. She seems to get it, but it makes her sad.
Then out of no where she says this: No one is going to come for my birthday because of the sickness. And that made her really sad.
Where the hell did that come from? And her bday is end of July. Just so sad in general. We may not be able to do anything, but I never would have thought her thinking that far ahead.
